Mark Grigsby
President

Mark is a majority owner of Pray Construction, and is responsible for the overall management of the company. He oversees all customer accounts and relationships and has hands-on involvement with many major projects.

Lois Gillenwater
Chief Financial Officer

As Chief Financial Officer, Lois is responsible for protecting corporate assets through developing and executing risk management plans. Additionally, she leads all human resource issues including training. She is responsible for developing and maintaining an innovative management information system to increase productivity and maintain competitive advantage.

Randall Cunningham
Vice President of Operations

As an owner, operations director and resource manager, Randy is responsible for the hiring and supervision of superintendents and trade employees and coordinates their training. He also supervises the efficient deployment of tools, equipment and materials to the construction projects. In addition, Randy oversees the safety director and is responsible for all aspects of site safety.

Ken W. Cooper
Senior Project Manager

An owner of the company, Ken is responsible for fulfilling the company mission, “Creating a Tradition of Building Excellence.”

Ken manages some of the company’s largest and most complicated projects such as Bible Center and the University of Charleston Pharmacy School. He has gained an expertise in hospital and medical renovation and construction. His work includes the Greenbrier Valley Medical center featured in the projects completed page of our site.

Keith Smith
Procurement Director

Keith is the company's Procurement Director and is responsible for project estimates and the profitable and timely completion of individual projects. Areas of oversight include shop drawings and submittal review, subcontract negotiations, material purchases and all other related administrative and financial details.

Erich Reggi
Project Manager

Erich oversees project estimates, workmanship as well as the profitable and timely completion of individual projects. Areas of oversight include shop drawings and submittal review, subcontract negotiations, material purchases and all other related administrative and financial details. Additionally, he is involved in the management of subcontractors, laborers and resources.
