Pray Construction Company is one of a few construction companies who offer a project warranty on anything we build. This project warranty allows us to differentiate ourselves by having a project follow through process. The project warranty period runs 1 year from substantial completion.
What is included?
We return to walk through the project 2 months after project completion and address anything that needs attention at that point.
We return again at the 11 month mark just prior to the end of the follow through period. Again we'll compile a list of follow through items needing attention.
Of course if anything comes up needing attention between these formal visits, we promptly address them as needed.
