In the Design Phase
Pray Construction collaborates with the team to determine project scope, budget, schedule and quality. Pray will provide advice regarding the construction feasibility, before construction begins, and help select service providers, materials, building systems.
During The Bid Process
Pray will review bids and provide advice on the selection of vendors, services and contracts. To encourage competitive pricing, we employ an open book accounting approach. The open book method ensures there will be no hidden costs and no uncertainty surrounding the owner’s investment.
While Under Construction
Pray Construction will assure that all contractors and subcontractors fully understand the project’s design and requirements at every stage. We will deliver timely and clear progress reports and milestone schedules. We will manage progress payments and ensure all current expenses are paid in a timely manner. Finally, we coordinate all final stages of construction, including punch list, before close out.
